Meleah Johnston is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of PureSKIN. Her career began in 2005 as a registered nurse in Vanderbilt’s Burn ICU and plastic surgery units, where she learned early on how deeply skin care and confidence are connected to overall health and well-being. After earning her NP credentials in 2014, she spent nearly a decade practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology before opening PureSKIN in Franklin. At PureSKIN, Meleah brings a rare combination of clinical depth and artistic restraint. She’s known for her conservative, natural-looking approach to injectables and her belief that great skin care should feel like a conversation - not a sales pitch. She is highly trained in clinical dermatology and has a passion for treating acne. Whether she’s customizing a Botox plan, mapping out a laser series, or helping a patient navigate a wellness journey, her goal is always the same: results that look like you, only more rested, more radiant, and more confident. Meleah created PureSKIN to be the kind of place she’d want to visit herself: warm, approachable, expert, and refreshingly free of pressure.
