Her OR experience shaped the way she approaches aesthetics: meticulous, safety-first, and deeply attentive to detail. Since joining PureSKIN, Sloan has trained extensively under Meleah Johnston, NP-C, and Jess McNeil, NP-C, immersing herself in the art and science of injectables and clinical skin care. Lucia is our Clinic Coordinator and a Registered Nurse with a passion for helping patients look and feel their best. In her role, she supports both the front desk team and our practitioners, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless, comfortable experience from start to finish. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Lucia earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky before moving to Nashville to complete her nursing degree at Vanderbilt University. Her background in both health promotion and nursing fuels her love for skin health and her commitment to helping others achieve confidence through healthy, radiant skin. When she’s not at the clinic, Lucia enjoys staying active by taking F45 classes and going for walks through Centennial Park. Before entering the aesthetic medicine space over 6 years ago, Jess had an RN background in trauma and cardiac nursing which gives her a deep appreciation for both the science and art of patient care.

Erin Thompson, LE Licensed Esthetician & Spa Manager

Erin Thompson is a Licensed Esthetician with over 7 years of experience in skincare and aesthetics. She received her esthetics education from the Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute Nashville and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She subsequently spent over five years advancing her career at a Dermatology office in Nashville. Erin has held various roles including Medical Esthetician, Certified Dermatology Technician, and Spa Director, and has further diversified her expertise by working within plastic surgery practices as well as hair salons and spas.

Known for her personalized approach, Erin is passionate about combining tailored in-office treatments with medical-grade skincare regimens. She firmly believes that skincare is deeply personal and prioritizes patient education, empowering individuals through knowledge and fostering trusting, lasting relationships. Among her favorite treatments are microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and brow waxing and tinting.

Splitting her time between Nashville and her hometown of Orlando, Erin continues her expertise in practice as a Licensed Esthetician in both locations.

After earning her NP credentials in 2014, she spent nearly a decade practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology before opening PureSKIN in Franklin. At PureSKIN, Meleah brings a rare combination of clinical depth and artistic restraint. She’s known for her conservative, natural-looking approach to injectables and her belief that great skin care should feel like a conversation - not a sales pitch.
